Hi, I'm Thomas.
I grew up in Brick, New Jersey, moved to Tampa as a kid, and ended up in Austin through work. I've been here four years now and it's starting to feel like a second home.
I'm married to Jenny. She's caring, empathetic, and the opposite of me in most ways that matter. She wants to be out doing things, I'm happy in my corner. It works. She drags me out when I need it.
Our French Bulldog Bru doesn't care about any of that. He just wants to lay between my legs and get attention, and he'll interrupt whatever I'm doing until he gets it.
How I spend my time
I run. I play guitar. I read. I find these activities relaxing and a nice way to disconnect. You can see what I've been reading on the Books page.
I'm always building things: tools, small projects (this website), you name it. I find much fulfillment in the building and creation process.
One week in my life (168 hours)
A rough map of how a typical week breaks down. It's fluid as priorities shift.
Sunday is a White Space Day — no commitments, no plans. Whatever happens, happens.
What this site is
A space on the internet that I own. I use it as a digital workbench to document what I’m learning and capture thoughts on what matters. While platforms come and go, this remains my permanent home for building, thinking, and documenting a life well-lived.
